Hands-On Pollinator Education

Help Save the Bees Foundation provides exciting classes to students across the Reno and Lake Tahoe Region on the importance of pollination, bees, and their connection to both our ecosystem and the food chain.

With HSBF, students learn:

  • What is pollination?
  • Why is pollination important for plants and farmers?
  • What's the difference between honey bees and native bees?
  • How do honey bees work together to pollinate and make honey?
